About the role
Pick orders accurately and efficiently in our cold warehouse. Build pallets that arrive at the customer the way you would want produce to arrive at your kitchen.
What you'll do
- Select cases by voice/RF directions from our WMS.
- Build stable, well-organized pallets by stop and customer.
- Rotate stock, check codes, and flag damaged or short product.
- Operate electric pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
What we're looking for
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a 34–38°F refrigerated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior warehouse, grocery, or produce experience welcomed (not required).
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.
