About the role

Lead a production team in our state-of-the-art fresh cut and kitchen facility. Drive quality, food-safety standards, and on-time output for cut fruits, vegetables, salads, and prepared foods.

What you'll do

  • Supervise daily fresh-cut and salad production runs; balance speed against quality.
  • Coach and develop production staff; manage attendance, schedules, and performance.
  • Enforce HACCP and PrimusGFS standards on the floor; document checks and corrective actions.
  • Partner with buying, sales, and shipping to hit customer specifications and ship windows.
  • Identify continuous-improvement opportunities — yield, labor, sanitation, throughput.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of food production supervisory experience (fresh-cut preferred).
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food-safety auditing.
  • Comfortable working in a 34–38°F environment for the full shift.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a strong plus.
  • Excellent communicator with a hands-on, lead-from-the-floor style.
