About the role
Keep our delivery fleet rolling. Perform PMs, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 7/8 tractors, refrigerated trailers, and reefer units in our on-site shop.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, and reefer units on schedule.
- Diagnose and repair engine, brake, electrical, HVAC, and reefer issues.
- Maintain DOT inspection records and shop documentation accurately.
- Communicate with drivers and dispatch to minimize downtime.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (fleet preferred).
- Familiarity with reefer units (Thermo King / Carrier) a strong plus.
- Own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided.
- Valid driver license; CDL or willingness to obtain a plus.
- Welding / fabrication experience welcomed.
