About the role

Grow and manage a book of foodservice, retail, and institutional accounts. Be the trusted produce advisor your customers call first.

What you'll do

  • Manage an existing account base and prospect new business in your territory.
  • Build menus, ads, and program recommendations grounded in market conditions.
  • Coordinate with buying, inside sales, and operations to deliver on commitments.
  • Conduct regular site visits, ride-alongs with drivers, and quality check-ins.
  • Hit sales, gross profit, and growth targets.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (produce / foodservice strongly preferred).
  • Track record of growing accounts, not just maintaining them.
  • Valid driver license and clean MVR.
  • Strong understanding of produce seasonality, grades, and pricing.
  • Self-directed and organized — most days are spent in the field.
