About the role
Be the voice of Spokane Produce for the customers who call in their orders. Take orders accurately, suggest add-ons, and resolve issues with care.
What you'll do
- Take customer orders by phone, email, and online portal accurately and on schedule.
- Suggest ad items, substitutions, and seasonal items that fit each customer.
- Coordinate with buying, the warehouse, and dispatch to confirm availability.
- Resolve credit, shortage, and quality issues quickly and fairly.
- Maintain notes, preferences, and account history in our system.
What we're looking for
- Customer-service experience; produce, foodservice, or grocery background a strong plus.
- Fast, accurate data entry; comfortable on a multi-line phone.
- Solid math and basic Excel.
- Calm, friendly, and dependable under tight cutoff windows.
